We are the Piedmont Community Band, a group of passionate players hailing from Cabarrus County and surrounding areas. We are hosting the Carolinas Community Band Festival on April 25, 2026, which is a concert celebration featuring several local community bands and small ensembles. We are seeking sponsors to help us with this exciting event. Whether you are an individual looking to invest in your local community, or a business, we would be happy to have your financial help!

To our knowledge there aren’t any festivals like this currently running in our area, so this is a great opportunity to get in on our inaugural year. We feel the Carolinas Community Band Festival would be beneficial to advertising for your business in many ways; including putting your business name on all of our paper and electronic advertisements, t-shirts, and any radio ads. We will also be mentioning and thanking our sponsors at our event. This would give you the ability to reach not only potentially hundreds of band members that will be participating, but also their directors, families, friends, and anyone else who comes to spend this wonderful day with us! Individuals would have the option of being mentioned, or not, just depending on their preference.

Our event will be hosted at the Kannapolis Performing Arts Center. Along with any financial support, we are also seeking businesses who are interested in setting up a booth at our event. We have a large hall inside where paying sponsors would be able to set up a table and bring representatives to talk about and sell your products or services. Participants and guests will be rotating through the building over the course of the day, allowing great exposure for your business. You will also be able to enjoy the musical performances and the atmosphere of a concert day.

We have several sponsorship tiers offered (see below) or you are welcome to donate any amount of your choice.

We’re hoping not only to share our love of music but also to drum up more interest in what all of these community bands do…unite folks of all ages and playing levels to join as one, musically. Thank you for taking the time to consider this and please let us know if you are interested!

Sponsorship Information (you may mail a check, or pay online with the QR code below)

First Chair Sponsor – $500 or more – large logo on our promotional materials. Announcer mentions name throughout festival as top tier sponsor, and you select a band to sponsor as well (your name mentioned before their performance). Allowed to set up 15′ x 20′ space inside of the festival to showcase & sell products/services if desired. 

Second Chair Sponsor – $300-$499 – medium sized logo on our promotional materials. Announcer mentions name at the beginning and throughout the festival. Allowed to set up 15′ x 20′ space inside of the festival to showcase & sell products/services if desired.

Third Chair Sponsor – $100-$299 – small sized logo on our promotional materials. Announcer mentions name at the beginning of the festival.  Allowed to set up 15′ x 20′ space inside of the festival to showcase & sell products/services if desired.

Item Donations – we are also accepting donations for door prizes/raffle. Your name/business will be mentioned during the raffle process.
